Attractive Digital Art

Beauty Through Lines, Movement and Color

Through my friend and teacher, Israeli artist, Ya'acov Aloni, I have learned to look inside everyday objects to find unusual forms that, in and of themselves, make wonderful digitial images.   My photography is centered on small portions of water, plants and buildings. Within lies a separate beauty, expressed in pleasing colors, lines, movements and shapes.

Only minor adjustments have been made from the first impression of the object, taken with a Canon Powershot SD990IS.

The images are then carefully gicleed on museum quality, 90% bamboo, acid-free, archival fine art paper.

These images transcend the physical objects that originally inspired them, and often remain unrecognizable.

The results often look like abstract paintings and not photographs at all.

Prints are made to all sizes, up to 22 x 26 paper.  These sizes are paper sizes and the actual print is smaller.  Does not include framing or mats.  All photographs are titled, signed and dated by the artist and are of limited editions of 25 per print.

All requests for prints are made to order.

Mr. Lyons' photography graces the walls of homes, offices, the Bank of America's Boston headquarters and the Newbridge Assisted Living Complex in Dedham, MA.   His work can also be seen at 13Forest Gallery at 167A Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, MA.

Thank you for enjoying these photographs.  I loved taking them.
